Unifying Data Across Acquired Products for an IP Management Platform

Consolidating fragmented case data and workflows from multiple acquisitions into a single cloud data and integration layer.

The Challenge

Client data, case records, and workflow systems were fragmented across several acquired products. Reporting was inconsistent across the business, and every new acquisition meant another bespoke integration project before its data could be trusted alongside the rest of the platform.

Our Approach

We designed a cloud data platform on Azure, with infrastructure managed through Terraform, consolidating integration patterns across products into a shared data and API layer rather than a new bespoke connection per acquisition.

The Outcome

The business gained a single, consistent data model to report against. Onboarding a newly acquired product’s data into the core platform stopped being a bespoke project each time and became a repeatable process.
